Welcome to a land where the wind sculpts the dunes and destiny is decided across sixty-four squares. Desert Chess is an atmospheric journey suspended between scorching sands and ancient stone seals; your path will lead you deep into the heart of an unforgiving desert, facing perils and silent guardians, with the sole goal of reaching the royal court and finally securing an audience with Sultan Azhar.

To conquer the challenge, you have access to Free Play mode and unlimited matches to hone your skills, along with the ability to customize panoramic backgrounds, character appearances, and the visual style of the chess pieces. Enjoy the experience at your own pace and convenience: Desert Chess allows you to play and challenge the AI offline, with no internet connection required. Let’s be honest: it’s no Stockfish... but it gets the job done.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND PLAY "DESERT CHESS": 

1. Click the "Download" button above to get the game archive (Desert_Chess_Windows.zip). 

2. Once the download is complete, locate the ZIP file on your PC. 

3. Right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract All..." to unpack the game folder onto your Desktop or preferred directory. 

4. Open the extracted folder ("desert-chess-windows"). 

5. Double-click "Desert Chess.exe" to launch the game instantly. 

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: 

• OS: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) 

• Storage: Around 280 MB of free space

• Inputs: Mouse and Keyboard 

NOTE: No installation required. The game is fully autonomous and can be played completely OFFLINE! If Windows Defender displays a "SmartScreen" warning upon the first launch, simply click on "More info" and then choose "Run anyway" to clear the system cache. Security warnings regarding an unverified author may appear.
